    the view from my room was breathtaking and really added to the experience. the staff were lovely and always ready to help with anything I needed. Lastly, having private beach access was a huge bonus and made for a really relaxing weekend.

    my room was quite small and felt a bit cramped.

    We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the beautiful swimming pool and beach view, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and the convenient location. It's just a short walk away from the town and has a peaceful and quiet environment. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds in our quiet and clean room. Additionally, we appreciated the free pickup and drop off from the airport.

    Nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. Everything was great!

    Great view over the See, Big bed and Good room, Airconditioning New and silent, Nice and Big Pool but Not enough lying chairs. 15 min Walk to "City Center" but with bemo (very Cheap) only 4min Drive. Motorbike Rent is possible. Beach Not Nice but the beaches at labuanbajo are all Not Nice only the ones at the small Islands. Breakfast ok but not Great.

    It is a brand new hotel. It was one of the best stay if not the best when travelling in Indonesia. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. The view from the sea view room is amazing. The infinity pool is great. A truly wonderful experience. Airport pick up an drop off are free and if you need a ride to town the cost is 50,000 rupiah per car for drop off and pick up. You cannot get any better than that. A great choice when in Labun Bajo. A sunset is an added benefit.

    The hotel is perfectly situated, with a great location right on the beach, near the airport and city center. the rooms, according to some guests, are spacious and well-equipped. Some guests also appreciated the friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

    The room was new and nice. Comfy bed. Good sunsets from your balcony. Breakfast was ok Our last day the manager (or who we think was the manager) was standing in the restaurant during breakfast time, the service of staff was much better than any other morning, he should be there more often!!

    We are a couple of 29yrs old traveling, we have stayed in many price ranged hotels, hostels bungalows etc all around the world. We know what to expect for your money and appreciate different standards in different countries. However we were so dissapointed with the money we spent here! On both Booked.net and Laprima website it states there is wifi in 'the entire hotel' - this is not true!! You can only get this in the restaurant and by the pool bar! When we asked about this they just said well its not everywhere yet as its a new hotel!!! Well this should not be stated then!! Very annoying! Food (lunch and dinner) prices at a glance are not too bad, but the quality of the food and portion size needs a lot of improvement!! Not value for money by a long shot!! Breakfast is buffet and is ok. However the chicken ran out on our first day at 9:15 and was not topped back up (breakfast was on until 10am) The limited amount of 'hot' food was dry! For a hotel of that size, 5 sunbeds is not adequate, cusions are also needed!! You have to ask several times for one thing to be done. For example, we had to ask reception 3 times for someone to help turn our fridge on as it wasnt working. We asked someone if they had any cusions for the sunbeds, they said they would go and find out, but unsuprised, no one came back to us to say yes or no. We found staff to be very inexperienced and some quite rude!! Cups not cleaned in our room, just rinsed and put back. (Dried tea and coffee all around the inside that I rewashed each time) The hotel was not finished. Some wires hanging out in places where lights should be. Service charge and prices too high for what you get! Not worth the money yet!! Very dissapointing! James and Jo from England

    The pool is the best part, super clean and well maintained. The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the location is convenient for nearby attractions. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

    The restaurant was a mess, slow service, and the food was often cold. We also had to wait long for our orders with little communication from the staff.

    -The rooms are clean -Free shuttle from the airport to the city or airport -The owner, Mr Linus has a very quick response to the customer needs -The buffet breakfast is good enough compare to other hotels in Flores -Some of staffs are working good and listened to the guests and know how to behave, especially the bell boy, they work fast and good. Some of the staffs are not.

    -The additional service, such as tour to Rinca and Komodo Island ( you have to make sure many times as they do not reserve the tour for us, while they have sent us the reconfirmation of our tour, even week or two before our arrival -They have to improve their employee and service such as for massage, they do have to be told how to behave when giving service to the guest. Ms Mila who gave me treatment at that time, she did not prepare the disposable underwear as is a must to have massage or spa, and should be asked for. She did not turn off the television and light, and kept watching the television until being asked politely. The bathroom is very dirty with all of the scale and dirts and is not being cleaned after used for the next guest. -They charge you 5 USD to grilled the fish that you bring even for the small fish or squid. (while you can buy the 3 pieces/ 1 kg of fresh garoupa for only 2.5 USD here), so be careful when they offer you to help you for making the fish -On 15th August evening at 8 pm, we ordered 1 gado-gado (peanut butter salad), 3 fresh garden salad, 2 carbonara pasta, and 1 grilled fish and rice. They sent us the order at 9.30 pm. -They work well if the owner is around to check out everything, otherwise we have to be very patient.

    Had an amazing stay here. Everything was brand new and worked as the hotel is just a few months old. Right on the beach and everyone was so helpful and knowledgable about the local area. It's an easy walk into town or they are happy to drive you in and back for a small fee. Highly recommended.
